Return Policy
We hope you love your purchases but if you don’t, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
If your shirt isn't the right fit or you just changed your mind, no problem. It’s a pretty simple process:
- You email support@thecrankycupcake.com within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know what’s wrong and how we can fix it.
- You ship your order back to us. The shipping address will be in our email back to you.
- We send you a new shirt, now the right size, color and design.
Doesn’t get much easier than that. You know, when you aren’t Amazon or Target.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of pet hair
- Free of any foreign scents or substances (including but not limited to cologne, smoke, and last night’s bad decisions).
Basically, it should come back to us looking like it did when we sent it to you, hopeful and ready to be loved.
FYI: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your items arrive damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We’ll replace or fix it at no cost to you.
It doesn't happen often, but both humans and machines have their moments.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to respond.
Clearance and Gift Cards
Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
