All U.S. orders over $50 (before sales tax) ship for free via economy shipping!

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9am and 3pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 3pm ET (or on weekends) start processing the next business day.

Printing and processing usually take 3–4 business days.

Shipping adds another 2–4 business days, depending on the efficiency (or lack thereof) of USPS and UPS.

In total, expect your order within 5–8 business days after placing it.

A Note on Delays

Remember – we can only estimate delivery. Weather interruptions, holiday volume and lapses in shipper judgment can affect the outcome at any time. 

While we do not control the weather, UPS, USPS, or the collective efficiency of humankind, we want to make it right if there is an issue. 

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 days of placing your order, reply to any of our emails or reach out to support@thecrankycupcake.com. We’ll track it down, yell at the appropriate party and get the problem solved.
